Many of my children were “food insecure” when they joined our family via adoption. Some were very malnourished and a couple were starving. So I show love by feeding my people.
I’d like to discuss the importance of allowing ourselves to accept and appreciate good or lucky moments, even if the moment itself was something that we put time and effort into making achieve.
Gratitude is not an attitude, it’s a skill. As a skill, it can be practiced just like you’d practice anything else…the more you practice, the better and more natural the act of being grateful will become.
