By Olivia Gwen – What amazes me the most, is when pretend play sneaks into reality. When it seeps through the cracks of our emotional scars in an attempt to fill them with words, or truths, to help us feel whole.
It’s probably not the best mental attitude to have, but I always worry when things are fairly stable in our lives and going relatively smoothly. Why? Because I know “opportunities for growth” are just around the corner. Take July, for example….
We all have a story to share—why? Because we are each a divine creation of God and our unique ability to be here on earth is worth sharing.
By Pam Young – My Heavenly Father has given me a very special gift. I know that He knew that I would need it. I have always known my Heavenly Father loves me and that my Savior is by my side always. I have never doubted this gift. I want to share 3 experiences I have had that have confirmed this gift.
God always teaches me a better way and leads me to the resources I need to gain knowledge, insight, and strength. I am so grateful that the Lord has been in there in every phase of my mothering.
This is one of those memories of motherhood that I can look back on now and chuckle about. In the moment? Not so much. The daily trenches of motherhood are hard. Really really hard.
