So which one is the “right” way to set goals? I’ve tried them all and my answer is like many others: the one that works for you. Adapt, adapt, adapt is the name of the game.

As I have learned and applied these principles over the last few months, I have begun to feel something different, almost magical. I have started to feel a pull towards the habits I’m working to develop and not so much a need to push myself towards them.
I was surprised to find myself teary-eyed. I was teary-eyed because it was just all so normal. We are emerging from the “long dark” blinking into the sunlight because all at once (it seems), it burst forth. Just like all dark times, eventually, they fade and the sun shines again.
Remembering my seeds and my garden helps me remember that I need to take care of myself as well, even when things get harder.
