When I was a young mom with a houseful of young children, my mom gave me a plaque. It read “When mama ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.” Well, this mama was NOT happy. I was offended. You see, I did not want everyone’s happiness riding on my shoulders. That felt too heavy.
Kids create some insane messes, that make you question what kind of person you are raising. Curious and creative genius who will one day run a Fortune 500? Or evil genius mastermind and future prison gang leader?
