As I was contemplating what I want 2022 to feel like this year, my thoughts landed on the word “celebrate.” And my mind could not let go of that word.
Getting good sleep will actually save you time because you’ll be able to finish the things you need or want to do easier, faster, and with less frustration.
So which one is the “right” way to set goals? I’ve tried them all and my answer is like many others: the one that works for you. Adapt, adapt, adapt is the name of the game.
There is power behind doing what you say you’re going to do, no matter how small the goal is. It will foster motivation and belief in yourself!

As I have learned and applied these principles over the last few months, I have begun to feel something different, almost magical. I have started to feel a pull towards the habits I’m working to develop and not so much a need to push myself towards them.
I will end by saying it’s not magic, and it’s not perfect, but having a clear vision with homeschool has significantly reduced the tension and push back I got before.
In swimming if you slow down as you approach the wall you lose a lot of your momentum and in swimming even milliseconds matter! So don’t slow down on your goals! Swim through the wall!
