Here are my personal top 3 items that have helped me feel cute and comfortable, and have made exercising much more fun to do!
…maybe it’s the child in me, but there is something about having exercise “scheduled” that makes me NOT WANT TO DO IT! So now I ask myself: What do I WANT to do, what sounds really fun today? This simple question makes exercise SO liberating!!!
I have gained and lost well over 200 lbs as I have gone through growing and giving birth to 6 babies…each time trying to get down to “pre-baby weight.” I have come to learn that there is a time when you should NOT try to lose weight and there is a time when you can if you want to.
