…maybe it’s the child in me, but there is something about having exercise “scheduled” that makes me NOT WANT TO DO IT! So now I ask myself: What do I WANT to do, what sounds really fun today? This simple question makes exercise SO liberating!!!

Reaping, or harvesting, is your reward for following through with your goals all the way to completion. If your goal was to eat more veggies at mealtimes, your reward might be finding that your pants fit better and your skin looks nicer. Celebrate this victory! If your goal was to be more mindful as you spend time outside and you might find that you are calmer during your day, celebrate this as well.
What makes you come alive? Do you know? I challenge you to find out. And do things, today, and every day that help you come ALIVE!
As we embark fully into the Christmas season, it’s the perfect time to demonstrate care and kindness toward others. Let’s celebrate Christmas through generosity.

So if you’re struggling to get out of bed right now please keep doing it. You might not be able to think of the reason to keep living right now. But you won’t find the reason lying in bed. Get up and find your reason. Because it’s waiting for you. And once you find it it’s going to get ugly, in the most beautiful, wonderful way.
