These award-winning books are fabulous and I’m so glad they’re a part of my kids’ library. They make me laugh along with my kids and as a result I look forward to reading all snuggled up with my boys before bedtime.
Teaching moments come in all shapes and sizes. I’m glad Corduroy and Lisa’s story of friendship is part of our family experience.
I’m sure you’ve all seen these recordable books, where you can record someone’s voice reading it and listen to their voice as you follow along. What I hadn’t thought of before, was how these sweet recordable books can really become a treasured keepsake from someone you love and always want to remember.
This is a fabulous book, not only for high school graduates, but for little people to teach them that life will not always be a fairy tale, in a fun way of course. And even for us adults, to remind us that the way life is going is exactly the way it is meant to be with all the glorious pitfalls and victories!
Leif is, well you guessed it, a fall leaf! Leif knows that all leaves fall from their trees in the fall, but is feeling worried about his journey. This darling story offers several teaching opportunities.
This ABC Book project started out as just a simple way to help my toddlers connect his ABCs with the world around him, but it has turned into a way to connect with my children and create a keepsake that I really treasure.
