After a fun filled AND exhausting week, it was clear our family needed intentional recovery time.

Each person needed something different, but we all needed it!

Experiment a little and see. Here are some ideas to try:

– Wear extra comfy clothing.
– Grab your favorite drink.
– Go for a walk.
– Close your eyes for 5 min.
– Have a quick dance jam.
